Members of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Technical Committee 176, Sub-Committee 2 (TC176/SC2) have taken the decision not to proceed with the anticipated update of ISO 9001:2015.

Based on this decision it is unlikely that there will be an update until at least 2030.
